Who We Are & Why We Serve
Raza e Elahi Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Kalri, District Bhimber, Azad Kashmir, founded by Lt Gen Sher Afgun (Retired). The foundation is dedicated to uplifting underprivileged communities through education, healthcare, special needs support, and community development. With a focus on dignity and compassion, we provide scholarships, medical aid, and work to preserve local heritage. Our mission is to bring lasting change and empower those in need to lead better, more meaningful lives.
